Create a Provider Account​

The first step is to create an account. You can create your account by accessing the following link: https://app.mailjour.com/sign-up.

Please note that currently the Mailjour Terminal application can only be used by users with a Provider account.

You will need to verify your identity, an email address and a phone number in order to create and use your Provider account. More information here: Onboarding.

Download the App​

You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

iOS Compatibility: Requires iOS 13.0 or later. Compatible only with iPhone and iPad in small screen mode. Android Compatibility: Requires Android 8.0 or later.

Sign-in​

Once you have downloaded the app, you can sign in using your username and password. Please note that for security reasons, your session will expire in 7 days.

Create a Quick Journey​

The Quick Journey is the fastest way to start providing parcel and delivery services on Mailjour. To create a Quick Journey, follow these steps:

  • Go to Journeys section
  • Open the app menu
  • Tap on "Create New Journey"
  • Fill in the required information
  • Tap on "Create Journey"

After creating the Journey, incoming service requests will be matched with your Journey, and you'll be able to place bids on them. Parcels are only created when a bid is accepted by the requester and confirmed by you.
