Confirming Bids
Once a bid has been accepted, you will be notified and will be able to confirm it.
To confirm a bid, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Bids" section
- Select the Unconfirmed tab (it should be set by default)
- Look for the bid you want to confirm and tap on the "Confirm Bid" button
- Tap on "Confirm Bid"
Once you tap on "Confirm Bid", our systems will perform a feasibility test to ensure that the parcel can be delivered within the estimated time of arrival, the estimated time of delivery and your active bids (placed and confirmed). If the feasibility test fails, you will be notified and you'll not be able to confirm the bid.
Confirming a bid is an important act and should be taken seriously. Based on our terms and conditions, bid confirmation creates a commercial and legal bond between you and your customer and you will be obliged to provide the service you have offered and confirmed.
Parcel Creation
After confirming a bid, a Parcel will be created, and you will be able to see and manage it in the "Parcels" section, as well as in the Route Assistant.
