Do you make contracts to deliverers or suppliers?
The big difference between Mailjour and conventional delivery platforms is that we do not interfere in the commercial or professional activity of the delivery companies that are part of our platform.
Therefore, suppliers registered on the platform are completely free to define the conditions of the service they offer, including price, collection and delivery times, coverage areas, among others. Mailjour does not oblige any deliverer or provider to meet service quotas, nor does it penalise in any way the rejection of incoming requests.
In addition, all services carried out using Mailjour are agreed directly between supplier and customer and payments are also made directly between supplier and customer, using a payment gateway set up in the name of the supplier.
In this sense, Mailjour does not offer contracts to suppliers who register on the platform.
Mailjour acts as a true Marketplace, where suppliers can offer their services to customers who need them, and where customers can find the best suppliers for their needs. We also offer a suite of tools to help suppliers manage their services and customers, but we do not interfere in any way in the commercial relationship between suppliers and customers.
What does this mean for suppliers?
- They can earn up to 40% more than on a conventional delivery platform, as you can decide what you want to charge for your services and since we do not charge your customers any commission, you can increase your rates and be more competitive.
- They will always have the same chance of getting customers as any other provider, regardless of their size, age, location or service acceptance rate.
- They do not have to spend an enormous amount of time and money on customer acquisition.
- They don't have to pay for service management tools. Mailjour includes everything they need to manage their service professionally.
- They can access discounts on van hire, professional equipment and liability insurance.
