Introduction

Mailjour is a platform that provides an ecosystem where parcel and delivery service providers, from independent to SMB, can connect with their customers and manage their deliveries, with the freedom to decide their own terms and conditions.

Anyone can obtain an account on the platform, either to receive services or to provide them. Use the documents in this portal to learn how to use the tools and services Mailjour offers to you.

Getting Started​

In order to start using our services, you will need to create an account.

Go to https://app.mailjour.com/sign-up and create an account by selecting the appropriate profile type for you (Providers, Commerce, Client).

What you'll need​

  • A valid email address
  • For Providers and Commerce: A valid ID document (passport, driver's license, etc.) to verify your identity.
  • For Providers: You'll be guided to create a Stripe® account during onboarding.
  • A valid credit card to pay for services.

Subscriptions​

If you are a service provider or a retailer, you will be able to access more services and reduced rates by purchasing a monthly subscription.
