Create an Account

Creating a Provider account is a simple process, but it is made up of several verification steps that you must complete in order to be able to offer your services. The whole process should take you no more than 20 minutes.

What do you need?

  • A valid email address
  • A valid phone number
  • A valid ID or passport
  • A Stripe® account (to receive payments, you'll be able to create one during the onboarding process)
  • A computer or mobile device with a camera (to complete ID verification)

A work permit will be required if you don't have a residence permit or you are not a citizen of the country where you are creating your account.

Create an account step by step

  1. Go to the Sign Up page. Select "Provider" as account type, enter all the required information and click on "Create Account".

  2. You will receive an email with a link to verify your email address. Click on the link to verify your email address.

  3. Go to Sign in page and authenticate yourself with your username and password.

  4. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the onboarding page. Complete all the required information until you see the "SAVE PROFILE" button is enabled and there are no yellow warnings."

    • Identity: You must verify your identity by uploading a photo of you and your ID or passport, through the service provided by Veriff®. Just click on "Verify Identity" and follow the instructions.
    • Email: You must verify your email address by clicking on the link you received in your email. If you have not received it, just click on "Verify Email" and follow the instructions. If you have already verified your email address, you will see a green check mark next to the "Verify Email" button. If you have already verified your email address, but you don't see the green tag, refresh the page (you'll be asked to sign-in again).
    • Stripe Integration: You must connect your Stripe® account to be able to receive payments from your customers. Click on "Connect with Stripe®" and follow the instructions, once you have completed the onboarding process, you will be redirected to Mailjour and you will see a green check mark next to the "Stripe Integration" button.     • Phone: To verify your phone number, just click on "Verify Phone" and follow the instructions. A verification code will be sent to your phone number via SMS. Enter the code and click on "Verify Phone". NOTE: Do not refresh the page after phone verification, you must save your profile in order to save your verified phone. If you refresh the page by mistake, just perform a new phone verification.
    • Public Name: Enter your public name that will be displayed to your customers in your public profile. You can change it later.
    • Once you have completed all the required information, click on "SAVE PROFILE" to save your profile and activate your account.
