Service Requests
The first step to hire a service provider through Mailjour is by posting a request.
All requests are created with a set of requirements and specifications that are being used by our matching algorithm to find the best provider for your needs. Once a match is found, the provider will be able to place a bid on your request, and you will be able to accept or reject it.
Service requests can be created manually using the Mailjour Terminal mobile application or the web application.
Automated service requests are created using one of our integration modules or a custom development. Integration modules and custom developments make use of the public API and are only available for Commerce users with a Gateway subscription.
Currently, we only have the integration module for WooCommerce, which is not available for download. You must request it from our technical support team after registering as a Commerce user.
If you want to post a request using the mobile app, please refer to the Terminal App section.
