- Any object, product or merchandise requiring a special license for transport (domestic or international)
- Weapons or any item that could be considered as such by local and international laws
- Live animals
- Human remains, organs, or body parts
- Any material intended for illicit activities such as terrorism, fraud, and criminal activities.
- Any object, product or merchandise that is illicit or prohibited by the legislation of the country of origin, transit, or destination.
Disclaimer of liability
Mailjour Systems OÜ is exempt from any liability for products or goods transported through our platform. It is the obligation of the sender, the provider and the consignee to check that the items transported comply with the legislation in force at the point of collection, transit or destination. The company reserves the right to cancel any service that breaches our terms and conditions and to notify the competent authorities of any misuse of our systems.
Our team will cancel or suspend any ongoing service that breaches our terms and conditions and will notify the relevant authorities in case of any suspected illicit activity.
Violation of these rules may result in termination of your account and a ban on future use of our services.
