Mailjour is divided into two service units. On the one hand, we offer a Marketplace, where customers, including businesses, can find and connect directly with parcel and delivery service providers, in a free and democratic way, so that all participants can decide on the terms and conditions of the service they receive or offer. On the other hand a SaaS (Software As A Service) tool that allows providers to offer high-level services, such as parcel tracking, customer communication channels, optimisation and organisation of pick-up and delivery routes, invoicing, payments and more.
